Payment, Delivery and Refund Policy

Payment

JYOTISHI KIRTIBHAI FZC LLC accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

The company, JYOTISHI KIRTIBHAI FZC LLC , reserves the right to reject a Lifestyle Consultancy, Lifestyle Development Consultancy or Religious Instructions request if it is deemed unethical or unfit. In such cases, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery

Lifestyle Consultancy, Lifestyle Development Consultancy and Religious Instructions are provided either offline (face-to-face) or online (via video call). Reports, if any, will be delivered via email or other communication channels like WhatsApp.

Refunds

No refunds are offered once a Lifestyle Consultancy, Lifestyle Development Consultancy or Religious Instructions has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with the consultation, you may request further clarification from the company but once consultation is provided / the report is delivered no refunds are issued.

Cancellations are not allowed once the booking and payment are confirmed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations.  Customers can reschedule their bookings after payment. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to arrange a new date and time.
